About the role
Provide advanced clinical nursing expertise within the Hyperbaric Medicine Service, delivering specialist care, leadership, and service development. Work collaboratively across disciplines to influence clinical practice, improve outcomes, and support innovation in a highly specialised environment.
About you

- Deliver advanced specialist clinical care and demonstrate expert knowledge in hyperbaric medicine
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and professional development to nursing staff and contribute to workforce capability
- Apply high-level clinical judgement, critical thinking, and problem-solving in complex care environments
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to influence service delivery, policy, and clinical outcomes
- Lead and contribute to service improvement, research, and innovation to meet emerging healthcare needs
