The role involves assisting with the co-ordination of the visiting theatre specialities including list management, patient communication, stock management and being a liaison with external coordinators. The position holds the portfolio for blood products and blood fridge management and CSSD/sterile stock management. The clinical nurse will conduct pre-anaesthetic clinics, work as the team leader on active theatre lists, and may be required to work across roles including scrub/scout, recovery, anaesthetics, pre and post operative.
