Your new role:

You'll help create a positive experience for patients while ensuring appointments, records and essential information are managed accurately to support the delivery of safe and efficient healthcare services.

In this role, you will:

• Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families and staff
• Respond to enquiries via phone, email and face-to-face interactions
• Coordinate patient appointments, bookings and clinic schedules
• Manage waitlists, cancellations and appointment rescheduling
• Register and maintain patient information across hospital systems
