- Salary range: $79,272 to $88,158 p.a. (AO3)
- 4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading
- 12.75% employer contribution to superannuation
- Plus great Salary Sacrificing to increase take-home pay
- Flexible working arrangements may be available
About your opportunity
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for patients, families and visitors, delivering exceptional, person-centred customer service in a busy healthcare environment. You will play a key role in supporting patient flow and ensuring a positive experience at every stage of the patient journey.
Working as part of a collaborative administrative team, you will provide high-quality support across reception, bookings, admissions and discharge processes, while maintaining accurate patient information across multiple systems. Your strong communication skills and ability to build effective relationships will enable you to understand and respond to the needs of patients and stakeholders with professionalism and care.
This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a supportive team culture, where flexibility, cooperation and a commitment to organisational values are essential. You will also apply sound judgement to resolve day-to-day challenges and support junior team members, helping to maintain efficient and patient-focused service delivery.
