What your day could look like
As a Senior Dentist, you'll play a vital role in improving oral health outcomes across the Dalby region. From delivering expert clinical care to guiding service direction, you'll work with a supportive team to strengthen access, quality, and patient experience in a regional setting.
Every day, you'll contribute by:
- Delivering high-quality dental care that improves oral health outcomes for individuals and the wider community
- Leading and supporting dental teams, building capability through mentorship, supervision, and clinical guidance
- Shaping and refining service delivery through planning, evaluation, and continuous improvement
- Partnering with colleagues and stakeholders to manage complex cases and enhance patient-centred care

Here's what will help you thrive in this role:
- Current registration with AHPRA as a Dentist and relevant qualifications
- Proven experience delivering comprehensive dental care across varied patient needs
- Strong clinical judgement, including managing complex cases and referrals
- Leadership capability, including mentoring staff and supporting team performance
You'll stand out if you bring experience working in regional or remote settings and/or additional professional development in clinical or leadership areas. Most importantly, you'll be passionate about making a meaningful difference in a regional community while embracing opportunities to grow, lead, and innovate.
