About the role
Provide high-level allied health clinical services within the Queensland Eating Disorder Service (QuEDS), delivering evidence-based assessment, treatment, and therapeutic interventions for consumers with complex eating disorders. Contribute to multidisciplinary care, service development, and clinical leadership within a recovery-oriented framework.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
- Deliver advanced clinical assessment, formulation, and evidence-based interventions for consumers with eating disorders, including individual and group programs
- Apply high-level clinical judgement and problem-solving skills to manage complex caseloads with increasing independence
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, consumers, families, and stakeholders to support coordinated care delivery
- Provide clinical leadership, supervision, and education to junior staff and students
- Contribute to service improvement, research, and development of contemporary eating disorder treatment services
