About you:
In your new role you will:
- Conduct regular inspections of building and equipment assets to ensure serviceability and effective fire safety and security precautions are being observed.
- Operate computerised fire and access control, recording, monitoring, surveillance and communications systems.
- As requested by Senior Management conduct preliminary investigations into breaches of various Security Acts and Regulations which relate to the health facility and provide advice to management as required.
- Ensure regulated parking policy provisions are observed within the Cairns Hospital and in the immediate vicinity of the Hospital (including at adjacent public transport waiting points).
