About Us:

Provides recruitment support across all departments within the Cairns and Hinterland Hospital and Health Service employing Grade 1 to 5 Nurses and Midwives, along with administrative support for Allied Health recruitment. The team comprises both Nursing/Midwifery and Administration streams, working collaboratively to deliver efficient and consistent recruitment processes, enhance the candidate and manager experience, and support the development of a unified workforce.

About the role:

  • Monitoring documentation quality to ensure recruitment records are complete, accurate, and aligned with organisational standards.
  • Managing recruitment-related correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and written communication, while delivering professional and responsive customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Supporting adherence to Queensland Health and organisational recruitment policies, procedures, and governance requirements.
  • Assisting Nursing and Midwifery and Allied Health recruitment streams through effective administrative coordination and workflow management.
