The Senior Administration Officer, Translational Innovation Hub will provide high-level, efficient, professional and confidential administration support across all workstreams within the team. 

What you'll do

As the Senior Administration Officer, you will provide high-level administrative support across all workstreams of the Translational Innovation Hub, contributing to the planning and implementation of key initiatives in line with the work plan. You will facilitate effective liaison with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders, including Hospital and Health Services, departmental divisions and external providers. In this role, you will deliver secretariat support for meetings, including scheduling, coordinating logistics, and preparing accurate and confidential minutes and records. You will also research, prepare and coordinate a range of documentation, such as reports, correspondence, briefings and presentations. Working both autonomously and collaboratively, you will effectively manage competing priorities to meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality outputs, and support the ongoing management of databases, registers and processes to enhance organisational effectiveness within the Hub.

About you

We are searching for someone who has:

  • Experience in a complex health portfolio, program and/or project environment. Proven verbal and written communication skills that demonstrate attention to detail, including documentation and record keeping skills.
  • Demonstrates analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to organise and coordinate multiple tasks within agreed priorities, timeframes and accountabilities.
