About the role
Lead and manage the Mental Health Alcohol and Other Drug (MHAOD) Clinical Supervision Implementation Project, driving the delivery of statewide clinical supervision programs. Provide strategic leadership, governance, and project oversight to support workforce capability and improve clinical practice outcomes.
About you

- Lead and manage complex projects, including planning, implementation, and evaluation of clinical supervision programs
- Provide strategic leadership, expert advice, and governance to support service-wide and statewide initiatives
- Collaborate with executive stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams to achieve program objectives and sustainable outcomes
- Drive change management, innovation, and continuous improvement across services
- Deliver education, training, and professional support to build workforce capability and clinical supervision capacity
