About your role

As a Respiratory Protection & Safety Advisor, you will support the delivery of Metro South Health's Respiratory Protection Program while providing advice and support across a range of workplace health, safety and wellbeing initiatives. 

In this role, you will:

• Operate, maintain and troubleshoot fit testing equipment
• Travel across Metro South facilities to conduct mobile clinics
• Collect, manage and report fit testing data and outcomes
• Provide advice on workplace health and safety matters
• Support safety audits, inspections and compliance activities

About you

You are a customer-focused and proactive professional who enjoys helping others, solving problems and promoting safe work practices. 

You will demonstrate:

• Experience or strong interest in workplace health and safety
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Confidence delivering training and presentations to diverse audiences
• Strong organisational and administrative abilities
• The ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
