Your opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Nurse Consultant Nurse Navigator to join our team. The Clinical Nurse Consultant (CNC) Nurse Navigator is accountable at an advanced practice level for the provision of specialised knowledge and advanced clinical practices to a cohort of patients within the rural/ remote context of the South West Hospital and Health Service (SWHHS).

St George is a designated Remote Area Nursing Incentive Package (RANIP) site in accordance with the Nurses and Midwives (Queensland Health) Award – State 2015. This attracts additional entitlements which may include:
- An annual isolation bonus paid annually!
- Return airfares to the nearest provincial city in conjunction with leave!
- Additional annual leave per annum!
- Additional professional development leave, travel and associated costs per annum!
- Appointment and transfer expenses!
