The purpose of this role is to support the delivery of strategic industrial relations, human resource and consultancy services by providing research, analysis, stakeholder support and policy advice across a broad range of workforce relations matters.
What you'll do
In this role you will support the management of industrial relations and human resource matters, contribute to enterprise bargaining activities and dispute resolution processes, undertake research and analysis on emerging workforce issues, assist with the development and implementation of HR and IR policies and procedures, prepare briefs and advisory materials, support stakeholder engagement activities, contribute to projects and initiatives, and assist with Queensland Health's representation in negotiations, forums and industrial proceedings.
About you
We are searching for someone who:
- Has experience or interest in industrial relations, human resources or workforce policy
- Has strong research, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Can prepare clear, concise briefs, reports and written advice
- Has strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills
- Can work collaboratively while managing competing priorities
- Has an understanding of, or the ability to rapidly acquire knowledge of, Queensland industrial relations frameworks
