About the role:
- Deliver high-quality Dental Therapy/Oral Health Therapy services to eligible patients within your professional scope of practice.
- Promote oral health and preventive care through education and engagement at both individual and community levels.
- Provide advanced clinical expertise, mentoring, and support to less experienced clinicians.
- Primarily deliver dental care to children and adolescents through fixed and mobile dental clinics, improving access across schools and communities.
- Contribute to adult dental services where appropriate, based on qualifications, approved scope of practice, and service needs.
About you:
- Possession of a Bachelor of Oral Health / Dental Therapy (or equivalent) and registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Radiation Use Licence issued under the Radiation Safety Act 1999, with an appropriate authority is mandatory.
- Bring your extensive oral health therapy knowledge, clinical expertise, and a strong commitment to quality, safety, and risk management in a healthcare setting.
- Demonstrate your excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with experience supervising staff and collaborating effectively across all levels.
- Bring your proven commitment to continuous professional development, clinical excellence, mentoring, and leading service improvements to support positive patient and team outcomes.
What we offer:
Total remuneration value of up to $157,359 p.a. is comprised of:
- An hourly rate between $64.64 - $69.55 p.h.
- 12.75% employer superannuation contribution
- 17.5% leave loading
