This is a unique opportunity to lead a newly created role shaping how we manage strategic supplier relationships, realise savings, and embed best-practice contract management. You’ll work closely with clinical and operational stakeholders to ensure contracts deliver measurable outcomes and support service delivery.

About Your New Role
As the Manager (Contract Management), you will be responsible for turning contractual arrangements into measurable outcomes. Leading key supplier relationships, you will ensure pricing, performance, and contractual commitments are actively managed, delivering tangible savings and sustained value across the portfolio. A key focus of the role is uplifting contract management capability across the business, building awareness, accountability, and consistency in how contracts are managed.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Manage strategic supplier performance to maximise value and outcomes
- Drive adherence to pricing, performance and contractual commitments
- Oversee savings tracking, reporting and value realisation
- Educate and support stakeholders to build contract management capability and compliance
Qualifications and Experience
- A relevant qualification in Bachelor of Business, Commerce or Legal would be well regarded
- Experience in a health care setting or complex public sector environment would be well regarded
- Significant experience (5 years or more) in contract management would be highly regarded
- Experience in procurement and tendering activities would be well regarded
- Declaration of serious discipline history must be disclosed
- Criminal History Screening will be required for new employees (GCH will cover cost)

Salary
- Permanent full time
- Base salary ranging from $155 432 - $164 467 per annum
