About the role
Provide high-quality administrative and secretarial support within the Intellectual and Developmental Disability (IDD) Team, contributing to effective service delivery across a multidisciplinary mental health environment. Support coordination of referrals, data management, and administrative processes to ensure efficient and responsive patient care.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
- Provide high-level administrative and secretarial support functions including diary management, correspondence, and meeting coordination
- Assist in referral intake processes, tracking, and coordination of clinical appointments and service flow
- Maintain accurate data entry and reporting within clinical information systems to support service delivery and evaluation
- Respond to enquiries and liaise with internal teams, clinicians, and external stakeholders to facilitate access to services
- Manage workload priorities effectively while contributing to a collaborative multidisciplinary team environment
