About the role
Provide high-level administrative and coordination support within the Medical Education Unit at The Prince Charles Hospital, ensuring the effective delivery of education programs for medical officers. This includes coordinating orientation, training courses, and multidisciplinary education activities while supporting the ongoing development of medical education services.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
- Coordinate education programs, orientation, and mandatory training for prevocational medical officers and registrars
- Provide administrative and logistical support for courses, workshops, and events including ALS, BLS, and Grand Rounds
- Manage course enrolments, communications, documentation, and post-course evaluation reporting
- Maintain accurate records, training compliance data, and educational resources
- Build effective relationships with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to support program delivery
