About the role
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
- Provide highly quality, confidential administrative support with minimal supervision, including accurate record keeping and database management.
- Order, prepare and disseminate course and promotional materials to course participants and faculty instructors.
- Respond to verbal and written enquiries regarding the Advanced Life Support courses from clinical and administrative staff as well as personnel from other government and non-government agencies either in person, via the telephone or email, using well developed, customer focused communication skills.
- Manage electronic participant registrations for Advanced Life Support courses, and payments as required, maintaining accurate attendance recordsActively support increased enrolments by utilising effective and timely communication, advertisements and personal followup.
