About the role
Provide advanced clinical nursing expertise within the Neurosurgery service, delivering high-quality care to neurosurgical inpatients and supporting the coordination and management of neurosurgical patients across the organisation. This role plays a key part in ensuring safe, efficient, and patient-centred care across inpatient settings.
About you

- Demonstrate advanced clinical knowledge, skills, and judgement in the care of neurosurgical patients
- Provide clinical leadership, support, and advice to multidisciplinary teams across inpatient services
- Coordinate care and manage patient flow, including neurosurgical outliers across the organisation
- Contribute to education, mentoring, and professional development of nursing staff
- Support service improvement, policy development, and evidence-based practice initiatives
