About the role
Provide specialist HVAC and refrigeration services within the Engineering Department at Redcliffe Hospital, ensuring the effective operation, maintenance, and reliability of building systems critical to healthcare delivery. Support service continuity through planned, corrective, and reactive maintenance across a range of complex plant and infrastructure systems.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
- Maintain, diagnose, and repair HVAC, refrigeration, and associated building systems across healthcare facilities
- Deliver planned, corrective, and reactive maintenance activities in line with schedules and priorities
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety, regulatory requirements, and organisational policies
- Collaborate with trade staff, contractors, and stakeholders to support efficient service delivery
- Contribute to asset management, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives within engineering services
