About your opportunity
The BEMS Project Engineer will be required to undertake planning and delivery of project management services as required in construction and maintenance of buildings, plant and equipment within the Townville Hospital and Health Service including rural health facilities.

Competitive salary and benefits:
We offer attractive remuneration packages and generous leave entitlements.
- Salary range: $106,525 to $116,502 p.a. (PO3)
- 4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading
- 12.75% employer contribution to superannuation
- Plus Salary Sacrificing options may be available
Requirements:
Mandatory qualifications and proof of registration
- Possession of a Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Electronic / Mechanical / Building / Civil) from a recognised tertiary institution or equivalent (Mandatory).
- Obtain and maintain membership of the Institution of Engineers, Australia (Desirable).
- Licence to Operate Vehicle. This position requires the incumbent to operate a class C motor vehicle and an appropriate licence endorsement to operate this vehicle is required.
- This position is located at the Townsville University Hospital and will require travel and work at other facilities located throughout THHS.
- This is a Vaccine Preventable Disease (VPD) risk role.
- Participate in the “ON-CALL' roster for the provision of Building Engineering and Maintenance Services.
