Reporting to the Project Director, you will be responsible for capturing and analysing “As-Is” and “To-Be” business processes models and capturing the business requirements to ensure traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle. You will ensure requirements are captured and addressed in the transition of the service from Project to Business As usual whilst providing Business Analysis functions at the Program level, as and when required.

You will be responsible for engaging and communicating effectively with stakeholders at every level (Director, Data Manager, Team Lead, Clinicians, and end users) when required to make sure a complete implicit understanding of the business is known.

You will also have experience with managing stakeholder relationships throughout the project delivery lifecycle, in addition to experience in capturing and analysing “As-Is' and ‘To-Be' business process models across large organisations, eliciting and documenting business and software requirement specifications.

You will have the proven ability to work within a team environment, developing effective working relationships with team members and stakeholders including mentoring other business analysts within the organisation. Proven effective consultation, facilitation, written and oral communication skills for use in a project environment is essential.

You will also be a self-motivated problem solver, who has proven experience in driving pragmatic decision making and delivering a wide range of documentation to meet the needs of the target audience.
