  • Working closely with the interdisciplinary team and under the guidance of the Registered Nurses and Midwives, you'll contribute to quality improvement, evidence-based practice, and ongoing service development that strengthens care outcomes across the community.

About you:

  • It is a mandatory requirement to hold current nursing registration through the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and while not mandatory, relevant degrees or qualifications are highly regarded.
  • You practice with integrity and accountability, ensuring every person's rights, dignity, confidentiality, and independence are upheld while contributing confidently to care planning alongside the wider healthcare team.
  • With strong clinical judgement, you interpret information from multiple sources to provide timely, evidence-based care, using clear communication and accurate documentation to support continuity and quality of care.
