About your role
As an Administration Officer within Specialist Outpatients, you will provide high-quality administrative and customer service support to patients, clinicians and healthcare teams.
In this role, you will:
- Coordinate patient appointments, bookings and clinic schedules
- Manage cancellations, rescheduling and waiting lists
- Welcome and assist patients attending outpatient clinics
- Process patient check-in and check-out activities
- Maintain accurate patient records and data entry systems
- Support administrative functions across multiple clinic locations

You are a friendly, organised and customer-focused professional who enjoys helping people and working as part of a team.
You will demonstrate:
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience working in a busy administrative environment
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- High attention to detail and data accuracy
- Healthcare administration experience is highly regarded
