The Townsville University Hospital Psychology Service delivers clinical, health, and neuropsychology services to adult and paediatric inpatients and outpatients of Townsville University Hospital and North Queensland region.

Competitive salary and benefits:
We offer attractive remuneration packages up to $55,167 p.a. and generous leave entitlements.
- Salary range: $564.64 to $69.55 p.h. (HP4)
- 4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading
- 12.75% employer contribution to superannuation
- Plus Salary Sacrificing options may be available
About your opportunity:
The senior paediatric psychologist is responsible for provision of frontline clinical services to the neonatal, paediatric intensive care and paediatric wards, as well as outpatient paediatric clinical services and support to several multidisciplinary teams in particular the audiology team for our cochlear implant outpatients.
This role has an assessment focus and works in a multi-disciplinary team within the Audiology service, with people across the lifespan.
Requirements:
- Mandatory qualifications and proof of registration (if applicable)
- This is a Vaccine Preventable Disease (VPD) risk role. Hepatitis A/B, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Pertussis and Tuberculosis.
- Probation period may apply.
- Pre-employment checks will be conducted.
