Role fit
The essential requirements for this role are:
- Proven ability to undertake a range of client service and administrative duties while balancing work priorities and meeting deadlines with minimal supervision.
- The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team in a changing workplace.
- Proven competence, efficiency and attention to detail in the use of computers and contemporary software packages, including keyboard skills, word processing, spreadsheets and databases.
- Proven ability to communicate and liaise effectively with internal and external clients, including the ability to respond effectively to enquiries either in person, by telephone, or through written correspondence.
- A commitment to continuous quality improvement.
