The purpose of this role is to provide high-level ICT technical support and leadership across multiple technology domains, ensuring enterprise service levels are maintained while supporting the delivery, stability and continuous improvement of digital health services.
What you'll do
In this role you will provide advanced technical support across end user computing, servers, networks and telecommunications environments, manage incidents and service requests, supervise and mentor technical staff and external support providers, coordinate ICT activities across supported sites, prepare technical reports and recommendations for management, manage ICT assets and inventory processes, support change management activities, contribute to service improvement initiatives, and represent eHealth Queensland in stakeholder and operational forums.

- Has experience supporting complex ICT infrastructure and enterprise environments
- Has technical expertise across end user computing, servers, networks or telecommunications
- Can lead, mentor and support technical teams to deliver quality outcomes
- Has strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Can effectively manage competing priorities and work independently
- Has strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
