The role:
Reporting to the Manager, Organisational Change and Training, the Principal Business Change Officer will coordinate, develop and deliver business change initiatives for a significant program of work.
This will include:
- Coordinating business change activities within the project, including business change management, benefits realisation, change impact analysis, communications, and stakeholder engagement.
- Development and delivery of training support plans and relative resources.
- Developing and delivering business change management deliverables to ensure the successful implementation and adoption which meets business needs.
- Contributing to the realisation of business benefits by monitoring, gathering, and analysing of data to support the measurement and reporting of benefits throughout the project lifecycle and post implementation.
- Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with and between key stakeholders to proactively manage needs, expectations, mitigate risks and support change.
- Encouraging the use of effective communication channels to promote the successful adoption of change within the business.
- Developing and delivering workshops to enhance organisational capability in change management.
- Completing other business change related tasks as assigned by the Manager, Organisational Change and Training and/or Project Managers.
Is this opportunity for you?
To be successful in this role you will have:
- The ability to develop and manage stakeholder relationships across Queensland to support effective business change, including the ability to influence key stakeholders both inside and outside the project.
- Strong change planning, analysis, resistance management, problem solving skills, along with the ability to manage multiple streams of work within agreed priorities, timeframes and accountabilities.
- Sound knowledge of change management processes, documentation and activities in an ICT project environment, using appropriate industry standards and techniques.
- ICT and/or Healthcare experience (highly desirable).
