The successful candidate will provide high-quality mental health support and intervention to individuals within the correctional system, ensuring they receive comprehensive care, support, and rehabilitation. The Wide Bay area is arguably one of the most beautiful regions of Queensland. The Health Service stretches from Agnes Water in the North to Maryborough in the South.

Your opportunity:
- To provide clinical and case management support & Intake Assessment to individuals experiencing symptoms of or at risk of developing symptoms of a major mental illness, within the Maryborough Correctional Centre.
- Liaison with all relevant clinical and non- clinical stakeholders within the correctional environment as well as non- clinical support workers in the community, coordinating care while taking a holistic approach to recovery and wellbeing with a focus on the transition phase leading to and including release from custody.
Temporary Full Time (76 hours p.f.) from date of appointment for up to 12 months with the possibility of extension

Our offer:
You will receive a competitive remuneration package value up to $139,252 p.a., comprising salary between $113,979 - $122,048 p.a. (Nurse Grade 6 (1)), or remuneration package value up to $132,567 p.a., comprising salary between $79,051 - $116,189 p.a. (HP3), employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (Temporary Full Time, 76 hours p.f.,from date of appointment for up to 12 months with the possibility of extension) (Applications will remain current for 12 months).
