Your opportunity:
- The Rapid Interdisciplinary Senior Engagement (RISE) Service is an initiative of the Wide Bay Hospital and Health Service funded through the Queensland Health Improvement Unit. The service is focused on health and wellbeing of clients and offers time limited interdisciplinary intervention to individuals at high risk of representation and readmission, post discharge from an acute care setting.
- The purpose of the position is to deliver routine physiotherapy clinical services to clients within the Rapid Interdisciplinary Senior Engagement service (RISE) and other areas of Integrated Care as prioritised by the line manager. The position is also expected to positively contribute to service development activities within the team.

Our offer:
You will receive a competitive remuneration package value up to $106,053 p.a., comprising salary between $63,240.80 - $92,951.20 p.a., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (HP3) (Permanent Part Time, 60.8 hours p.f.)
