What your day could look like
As a Facility Support Officer, you'll help keep a busy health service running smoothly. By supporting senior leaders and connecting teams, your work enables better experiences for staff and the community.
Every day, you'll contribute by:
- Coordinating schedules, communications and priorities so leaders can focus on what matters most
- Acting as a key point of contact, providing responsive support to staff, stakeholders and visitors
- Delivering high-quality administrative and governance support, including documents, reporting and meetings
- Improving systems, processes and events to strengthen teamwork and service outcomes

- Experience supporting leaders or working in a fast-paced administrative environment

- Sound judgement, discretion and the ability to work independently
You'll stand out if you have experience in healthcare or regional settings and/or exposure to recruitment or governance processes.
