About the role

To provide support to Medical Imaging staff in the provision of Medical Imaging services to patients of Ipswich Hospital. The support is designed to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of Imaging Department operations and services to patients.

About you

Our ideal candidate will be someone who can demonstrate the following:

• Ability to work within a clinical team and respond to variable demands and situations.
• Ability to use information systems in the performance of daily activities.
• Ability to demonstrate empathy and understanding whilst being patient focussed in performing tasks assigned to the position.
• Able to communicate effectively within the multidisciplinary team.

Mandatory Requirements:

• All employees will be required to work all shifts within Medical Imaging including Saturday and Sunday as well as overnight shifts.
• Vaccinated against, and remain vaccinated against, certain vaccine preventable diseases (VPD) as outlined in the Health Employment Directive NO. 01/16
