As a Medical Imaging Assistant within the Medical Imaging Service, you will support the delivery of high-quality imaging services as part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Commit to undertaking the Medical Imaging Assistant Training Packages for AGFA EI, Task Management System (TMS), Picture Archiving Communication System (PACS), and other information systems (eg; Emergency Department IT Systems) as required to ensure efficiencies are created with regard to patient flows.
• Performing unsupervised cleaning duties within the MRI Suite. This will require completion of the MRI Safety Program (LOL) and assessment by the Clinical Manager – MRI Services.
• Be cognisant of Radiation Safety and associated work practices within a Medical Imaging Department and always apply the highest of safety standards.

Salary between $68 471 - $71 983 p.a. (f/t), or salary rates: $34.53 - $36.30p.h. (p/t), employer contribution to superannuation (12.75%) (CA3) (Full time 76hrs p.f and part time positions available hours negotiable.). Applications will remain current for 12 months.
