Your opportunity
The Program Manager Acute Services manages the implementation of the strategic planning and reporting framework for the Acute Services portfolio. The role is an essential link between the future direction of the South West Hospital and Health Service (SWHHS) and the daily operations we undertake; to align achieving our vision of being a national leader in the delivery of health services to rural and remote communities.
This position focuses on building performance excellence throughout the organisation and long-term success. The Program Manager Acute Services assists in developing and maintaining a high performing team culture, characterised by discipline and process excellence, a culture of continuous improvement and an ongoing focus on providing high quality service to the rest of the South West.
