About the role
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
- Involved in assessing, planning and implementing individual and group lifestyle programs as a part of the multi-disciplinary team
- Complete/maintain social profile and lifestyle assessments for consumers.
- Work closely with the MDT and Senior Recreation Officer in developing house-based programs and conduct both facility-based and facility-wide recreational programs and special events
- Liaise with community groups and organise activities which will maintain consumer contact and involvement with the local community.
