Your new role:
As a Clinical Nurse within EverGrow, you will provide advanced mental health nursing care and clinical leadership across a recovery-oriented residential rehabilitation service. Working collaboratively with residents, carers, multidisciplinary clinicians, and NGO partners, you will help deliver high-quality, person-centred care that supports recovery and community participation.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver advanced clinical assessment, care planning, intervention and care coordination for consumers with complex mental health needs.
- Lead physical health assessment, metabolic monitoring, psychoeducation and psychotropic medication management, including long-acting injectable medications.
- Facilitate therapeutic group programs and provide individual recovery-focused interventions to support psychosocial rehabilitation.
- Provide clinical leadership, education and support to non-clinical staff, students and multidisciplinary team members while contributing to quality improvement initiatives.
