About you opportunity:
In this position you will......
- Provide a high level of communication skills in a friendly and helpful manner with the ability to interact professionally and sensitively, empathy, have a flexible attitude, communicate clearly and confidently with members of the public, patients/clients and those within the team structure both in person and over the telephone whilst adhering to Qld Health guidelines.
- Maintain and support bookings for all shared therapy, consultation rooms, vehicle and mobile phones. This shall include bookings for telehealth clients.
- Provide general administrative support including maintaining stationery and equipment, handling of incoming and outgoing mail, collection and distribution, photocopying and filing, booking and management of rooms as required through RMS (Resource Management System) for videoconferencing, telehealth, clinic rooms, groups and meetings.
- Utilise high level communication, negotiation and problem solving skills by communicating in both written and oral forms and functioning within a multidisciplinary team environment.
