Your new role:
As a Senior Dental Therapist / Oral Health Therapist, you will provide advanced clinical care while leading and supporting a team of oral health professionals to deliver exceptional patient outcomes. You will play an integral role in clinical governance, education, quality improvement and service development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-level dental/oral health therapy services for patients with complex oral health needs.
- Provide clinical supervision, mentoring and education to less experienced practitioners and students.
- Lead quality improvement, research and service development projects across Metro South Oral Health.
- Contribute to service planning, clinical governance and multidisciplinary care delivery.

You are an experienced and passionate oral health professional who thrives in a leadership role and is committed to delivering patient-centred, evidence-based care.
