Your new role:
As an Administration Officer within the Medical Aids Subsidy Scheme (MASS), you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of statewide services by providing high-quality administrative assistance, managing client information, and serving as a key point of contact for clients, healthcare professionals, suppliers, and community stakeholders.
- Provide responsive and professional information, advice and administrative support to clients, prescribers, suppliers, agencies and members of the community.
- Maintain accurate manual and electronic client records, databases and information systems while ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.
- Coordinate the management, supply, repair and maintenance of aids and equipment to support client needs.
About you:
You are a proactive and organised administration professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys delivering excellent customer service while supporting meaningful health outcomes.
- Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in data entry, database management, word processing and administrative systems.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team, managing competing priorities and meeting deadlines.
