About the role
Temporary part-time opportunity to deliver high level occupational therapy services and leadership (including education and/or research) within the multidisciplinary Rehabilitation Service of Community and Oral Health, Metro North Hospital and Health Service.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
- Deliver high level occupational therapy clinical services within a multidisciplinary team in accordance with prescribed professional and ethical standards.
- Exercise independent professional clinical judgement in providing occupational therapy clinical services of a complex nature where principles, procedures, techniques or methods require expansion, adaptation or modification, without the need for direct regular clinical practice supervision.
- Apply clinical evidence to practice supporting continuous improvement of quality service delivery
- Independently manage one's own professional development requirements.
