You stay calm in complex situations, back your judgement, and bring others with you through clear communication and strong leadership. You take pride in delivering high-quality mental health care while supporting those around you to grow and succeed. You're motivated by the opportunity to create safer, better experiences for patients and a stronger, more connected team.
Here's what will help you thrive in this role:
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with a valid practising certificate
- Strong clinical experience in mental health with advanced decision-making skills
- Ability to lead, support and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team
- Confidence using clinical systems and applying quality and safety frameworks
You'll stand out from the crowd if you have postgraduate qualifications in mental health and experience in leadership or complex acute settings.
Above all, you'll bring compassion, integrity, dignity, innovation and courage—helping deliver care that truly makes a difference to people and communities.
