About your opportunity
The Clinical Trials Manager, Multi-Specialties Team will provide independent specialist clinical leadership to inform decision-making, service development, and quality improvement for a multidisciplinary team of Clinical Trial Coordinators, embedding high-quality research practices and driving the continued growth of clinical trials across Northern Queensland.

Competitive salary and benefits:
We offer attractive remuneration packages and generous leave entitlements.
- Salary range: $139,951 to $151,949 p.a. (Nurse Grade 7)
- 4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading
- 12.75% employer contribution to superannuation
- Plus Salary Sacrificing options may be available
Requirements:
Mandatory qualifications and proof of registration
- Qualification: Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent certification relevant to the position is mandatory.
- Nursing: Appointment to this position requires proof of qualification and registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and possession of a current practising certificate.
- Good Clinical Practice (GCP) Certificate (or willingness to acquire within one month of commencement).
- Highly Desirable: Possession of a relevant postgraduate qualification in an appropriate field is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated experience working in a clinical trial environment, with the ability to effectively manage competing priorities and engage diverse stakeholder groups.
- This is a Vaccine Preventable Disease (VPD) risk role.
