Your new role:
As a Roster Support Officer, you'll partner closely with nurse unit and line managers to deliver high-quality rostering and workforce management services across a busy healthcare environment. From managing rosters, leave and shift coverage to maintaining workforce records and ensuring accurate pay outcomes, you'll use your strong organisational skills, customer focus and problem-solving abilities to support efficient workforce deployment and uninterrupted patient care. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced workforce professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong stakeholder relationships while making a real impact behind the scenes.
About you:
You are a highly organised and customer-focused workforce professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong relationships to deliver effective rostering and workforce solutions.
- Experience in rostering, workforce management or scheduling within a large and complex organisation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve workforce and roster-related issues efficiently.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Well-developed communication and stakeholder engagement skills, enabling you to work collaboratively with managers, staff and support teams.
- A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining accuracy in workforce records, payroll outcomes and rostering processes.
