About the role
In this pivotal role, you will shape and strengthen Medical and Dental Credentialing across Metro North Health by providing strategic oversight and expert guidance. You will work closely with clinical leaders, committees and stakeholders to ensure credentialing processes are robust, compliant and aligned with best practice.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
- Provide expert advice, assistance and direction to Medical Services Metro North Health relevant Metro North Health facilities and Credentialing Committees with relation to Medical and Dental Credentialing.
- Coordinate the establishment of a ‘whole of service' governance committee for Medical and Dental Credentialing.
- Provide expert advice, assistance and direction to the governance committee and, identify, develop and implement strategies to achieve all outcomes set by the committee.
- Provide system management, including configuration and development, of cloud based proprietary software as related to Medical and Dental Credentialing within Metro North Health.
- Provide local and remote supervision to credentialing officers within Metro North Health, managing day to day operational issues.
