Role details
The Division of Women's and Children's Services at the Mackay Base Hospital is seeking applications for a Division Support Officer to join their team on a permanent basis.

Your opportunity
- Provide high level and confidential executive and administrative support to ensure Operations Director, Director of Nursing and Business Manager deliver on their delegated accountabilities.
- This position reports directly to the Business Manager.
- This position has a direct/indirect relationship with the Operations Director, Director of Nursing and support staff within the Division.
- This position holds no financial delegation.
About the Team
The Women's and Children's Services division encompasses inpatient and outpatient care for the; Obstetrics & Gynaecology ward and unit, Continuity of Care Midwifery (including group practice), Paediatrics ward and unit, Sexual Health community services, Child Protective Unit, Child and Youth Family Health and BreastScreen Queensland services. The division works collaboratively and with a multidisciplinary approach to routine and complex models of care for women and children in the Mackay HHS catchment.
