About the role

Provide high-level administrative and secretarial support to the Clinical Director of Palliative Care at Redcliffe Hospital, ensuring the efficient coordination of daily operations within the Director's office. This role focuses on managing correspondence, diary coordination, document preparation, and communication, while maintaining strict confidentiality and professionalism in a clinical support environment.

You will act as a key point of contact for enquiries, coordinate meetings and events, and support documentation and reporting processes. Working closely with stakeholders across the service, you will apply strong organisational, communication, and prioritisation skills to support effective service delivery and contribute to a responsive and well-functioning administrative environment.
