We're excited to welcome a Clinical Nurse Coach to our Intensive Care Unit.

The Clinical Nurse Coach leads and delivers person centred care at an advanced level and provides clinical education at point of care to Nursing and Midwifery undergraduate students and staff across the health service.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing/midwifery care at an advanced level.
- Assess, plan, implement and evaluate clinical education at the clinical unit level or point of care.
- Adhere to the clinical coach framework and work collaboratively with coaches across the health service.
- Facilitate a learning environment by enabling staff to share knowledge and expertise, support the development of other staff and students and participate in innovation and change strategies to develop responses to address emerging service trends.
Remuneration value up to $139 252 p.a., comprising salary between $113 979 - $122 048 p.a. (f/t), or salary rates: $57.48 - $61.55 p.h. (p/t), employer contribution to superannuation (12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (Nurse Grade 6 (1) (full time position, or part time positions available, 38 hrs p.f.).
