We're excited to welcome a Clinical Nurse to our SCUH Ambulatory Care Centre (ACC) Medical Outpatients Department.
The Ambulatory Care Centre (ACC) provides specialised outpatient care across multiple specialties to the Sunshine Coast community. The ACC aligns the patient journey across the healthcare continuum with the Specialist Outpatient Services Implementation Standard (SOSIS).
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitoring of Smart Referrals key performance indicators and escalating to Nurse Unit Manager when exceeding.
- Clinically and autonomously assessing specialty demands, identifying peak workloads and assisting Specialty Clinical Nurse responsibilities in order of clinical urgency.
- Outpatient waiting list clinical review in accordance with the Waitlist Management Procedure.
Comprising salary rates: $57.48 - $61.55 p.h. employer contribution to superannuation (12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (Nurse Grade 6 (1) (Fixed term temporary part position, 48 hrs p.f. for 12 months).
