- Base salary range: $39.98 - $44.46 p.h. (AO3)
- 4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading

About your opportunity
This role provides high-level, confidential administrative and secretarial support to the Clinical Directors within the Chronic Disease Portfolio, Medical Services Group. Working as part of a collaborative administrative team, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth operation of Medical Outpatients and related services.
You will be responsible for a broad range of duties, including diary and inbox management, coordinating meetings and travel, supporting recruitment activities, preparing agendas and minutes, and maintaining key records and registers. The role also involves assisting with medical staff rostering, leave coordination, payroll documentation, and ensuring mandatory training requirements are monitored and up to date.
This is a dynamic and fast-paced role that requires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
