Role details
The Continuing Care Team at the Mackay Community Health Centre is seeking applications for a Clinical Nurse (Wellness Clinic) to join their team on a permanent basis.

Your opportunity
The Clinical Nurses in the Wellness Clinic provide nursing services within the Mental Health Service settings; and are responsible for a portfolio with a focus on clinical care/leadership, management, education and/or research. The activities are predominantly clinical in nature, but also provide support to the Senior Clinician and/or Team Leader when required.
About the Team
The Division of Mental Health, Alcohol and Other Drugs is comprised of eight clinical teams across the MHHS. The Mental Health Service is responsible for the provision of comprehensive, specialised mental health assessment and treatment services across the age-spectrum for people with severe and complex mental health problems. Our services aim to be consumer focused and recovery oriented and are provided in a variety of settings including community, an acute inpatient unit, hospitals and emergency departments.
